Appropriate for children, larger pets, or a partial amount of adult ashes. Small urns are often chosen when families plan to divide ashes between relatives, or when some of the ashes will be placed in multiple resting locations. This size holds a meaningful amount while remaining wonderfully versatile.
The Blue Moon Ceramic Urn is a hand-thrown stoneware vessel finished in soft sky blue and deep midnight blue, with gentle purple undertones that shift in the light. The ceramic lid includes an inset tealight holder, allowing a single flame to glow above the vessel in quiet remembrance.
Each urn is created on the wheel in my Dunsborough studio, slowly dried, bisque-fired, and glaze-fired to 1300 °C. All glazes are original Conscious Clay studio recipes, and every vessel is individually crafted by my hands — no two are ever the same.
